Every accepted and presented paper enters the ACCEE 2027 proceedings. Extended versions of selected papers are then invited to one of eleven partner journals indexed in Web of Science, Scopus, EBSCO or the KOKSON list.
All submissions are peer reviewed by a 125-member international technical committee drawn from universities across Asia, Europe and beyond.
Founded and organised by ECERG, Science in Quality and VintEight, in technical cooperation with IICT, Gazi University, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Shuhada-e-APS UoT Nowshera and Khazar University.
A genuine hybrid format. Travel to Almaty, or present remotely over Zoom at a reduced virtual fee. The review, the proceedings and the journal route are identical either way — a virtual presentation is not a second-class one.

Almaty sits against a wall of 4,000-metre peaks. The conference is held at the Rixos Almaty, with the mountains, Medeu and Big Almaty Lake all within reach of the city.

All fees are in US dollars. The early rate applies to registrations completed on or before 12 March 2027; the late rate applies from 13 March to 2 April 2027. Registration closes on 2 April 2027.

Papers are written in English and formatted with the official ACCEE 2027 template. Full-text papers may be up to ten pages; there is no extra page fee.
All submissions go through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit. Create a CMT account (or sign in), select ACCEE 2027 and upload your full text before 12 February 2027.
Papers are peer reviewed by the international technical committee. Notifications are sent on 26 February 2027 and camera-ready files are due 19 March 2027. Present in Almaty or online via Zoom — papers must be presented to be published in the conference proceedings and to be considered for the partner journals.

This page presents the call for papers of ACCEE 2027, the 1st Asian Conference on Computer and Electrical Engineering, to be held at the Rixos Almaty in Almaty, Kazakhstan on 3–4 May 2027.
Submitting a paper does not guarantee acceptance. All papers are peer reviewed and may be rejected. Publication in the proceedings requires that the paper is accepted, that at least one author registers, and that the work is actually presented at the conference, on-site or online.
Registration fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of travel, accommodation and any bank transfer charges. The fee schedule and its deadlines are as published on this page and on the official conference website.
The organisers may adjust the programme, the format or the dates where circumstances require it. Any change is announced on the official website.
